Below are the minimum requirements for each applicant.
All adults (18 years of age and older) desiring to reside in the property must complete and submit an application.
- Applicants must have at least a credit score of 600 or more.
- Applicants must have a combined gross monthly income of at least three times (3x) the monthly rental amount.
- Applicants must provide all landlord contact information for the past 2 years of residency.
- Applicants must provide a valid form of identification during the application process.
- Applicants must have no evictions or bankruptcy filings less than 7 years.
Pet Policy and Screening (for applicants with a pet):
Abundant Venture Group requires all animals residing on the property to undergo pet screening through a third-party provider.
- Pet screening incurs a fee of $25 per pet profile paid directly to the screening provider.
- To complete the pet screening process, please submit a pet application at https://abundantventuregroup.petscreening.com.
- Ensure you select the Household Pets option when filing out the application.
- Dogs and Cats Accepted: Maximum of 2 pets, each weighing 90 lbs or less.
- Monthly Pet Fee: $25 per approved pet.
- Assistance Animals and Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not considered pets according to the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development guidelines. However, an application for these animals are required.
- Pet screening is $0 for applicants with an Emotional Support Animal.
- Ensure you select the Assistance Animal option when filing out the application at https://abundantventuregroup.petscreening.com.
Applications will be processed on a first come, first serve basis.
